Job Title: Manufacturing Supply Chain Manager

Location: Easton, PA

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000

A highly reputable company is looking for a Manufacturing Supply Chain Manager! This role includes a large range of duties including but not limited to, overseeing and coordinating end-to-end supply chain activities within a manufacturing environment, including planning, procurement, inventory, and supplier performance. This role ensures materials are available to support production requirements while balancing cost, service, and inventory objectives. The ideal candidate brings hands-on manufacturing experience, strong cross functional communication skills, and a working knowledge of buying and production planning. and much more!

Job Description:

Supply Chain & Operations Management

Manage overall supply chain execution to support production schedules and customer requirements

Coordinate material flow from suppliers through manufacturing to finished goods

Partner closely with Production, Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams

Identify and mitigate supply risks related to materials, capacity, or supplier performance

Monitor and improve KPIs related to service level, inventory, cost, and supplier delivery

Purchasing & Supplier Management

Oversee buying activities to ensure timely procurement of raw materials, components, and services

Maintain a working understanding of sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and purchase order execution

Build and manage supplier relationships focused on quality, delivery, and cost performance

Support supplier issue resolution, including shortages, quality concerns, and delivery disruptions

Collaborate with strategic sourcing or leadership on longer-term supplier initiatives as needed

Production Planning & Inventory

Maintain a foundational understanding of production planning and scheduling concepts

Partner with production planners or schedulers to align material availability with production plans

Ensure inventory levels are aligned with demand, production requirements, and working capital targets

Support inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and excess/obsolete inventory reduction efforts

Assist in balancing short-term production needs with longer-term planning objectives

Systems, Process & Continuous Improvement

Ensure accurate supply chain master data and transactions within ERP/MRP systems

Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities

Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning, procurement, and inventory control

Assist with standardizing processes, documentation, and best practices across the supply chain

Additional Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in supply chain, materials management, or operations within a manufacturing environment

Working knowledge of purchasing/buying and supplier management

Basic to intermediate understanding of production planning and scheduling principles

Experience working cross-functionally within a plant or manufacturing setting

Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel required)

Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
