?? Mechanical Engineer - CATERPILLAR | Seguin, TX

Our client, a global leader in heavy equipment manufacturing , is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join their team. You will be part of the Manufacturing Engineering team supporting Quality, Product Design, and Manufacturing Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills , effective communication abilities , and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

Location: Seguin, TX (Onsite)

Pay Range : $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

?? What's the Job?

Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and design teams to troubleshoot and resolve product and production issues.

Coordinate and complete on-engine fitups for new component designs and proto@type builds.

Gather and document technical details and build issues for off-site product design teams.

Support manufacturing processes and new product introduction programs.

Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to support production activities.

? What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Associate degree with 3+ years of relevant experience also considered.

0-2 years of engineering experience (internships accepted as experience).

Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of 3D modeling/CAD software.

Experience with root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving methodologies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
