5-8+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation
Experience working within wealth management, financial services, or a highly regulated industry
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platform Salesforce Marketing Cloud,
Strong technical proficiency with AMPscript and SQL
Strong command of lifecycle marketing, audience segmentation, and customer journey orchestration
Proven experience enabling sales and supporting go-to-market efforts through email
Excellent attention to detail
Strong eye for best-in-class email design and quick to catch rendering issues
Deep knowledge of email best practices, including deliverability, HTML, and personalization
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple priorities

Key partners include Marketing leadership, Line of Business teams, Marketing, Communications, Compliance, Legal, Data, Project Management, and Technology teams. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment, execution excellence, and measurable business impact.
Salary Range:
$82,770.00 - $135,975.00
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
