Job Title: Electrical Assembler
Job Description
The Electrical Assembler builds, wires, and tests industrial control panels and cabinets by following detailed engineering schematics and blueprints. This role focuses on precise electrical and electronic assembly, ensuring that all components are installed correctly, wiring is clean and organized, and completed panels meet quality and functional standards.
Responsibilities
Build industrial control panels and cabinets according to engineering schematics and blueprints.
Mount electrical and electronic components securely within panels and cabinets.
Route cables and wiring neatly and efficiently to meet design and safety requirements.
Perform soldering on electrical and electronic components as required by the design.
Use hand tools such as crimpers, wire strippers, and screwdrivers to assemble and terminate wiring.
Verify that all wiring connections are correct, secure, and meet quality standards.
Test completed panels and cabinets to ensure proper functionality and performance.
Identify and correct wiring or assembly issues discovered during testing or inspection.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficient production.
Follow established production processes, safety procedures, and quality guidelines throughout the assembly process.
Essential Skills
Proven ability to build, wire, and test industrial control panels and cabinets.
Ability to read and interpret engineering schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints accurately.
Hands-on experience with electrical assembly and electronic assembly in a production environment.
Proficiency in routing cables and organizing wiring within panels and cabinets.
Skill in soldering electrical and electronic components to a high standard of quality.
Proficient use of hand tools such as crimpers, wire strippers, and related electrical assembly tools.
Strong attention to detail to ensure quality and functionality of completed panels.
Ability to follow established procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment focused on electrical assembly.
Familiarity with industrial control systems and related components.
Comfort working with both electrical and electronic assemblies.
Ability to troubleshoot basic wiring and assembly issues during testing.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple assemblies and tasks efficiently.

Work Environment
This position is based in a production environment focused on electrical and electronic assembly of industrial control panels and cabinets. The work involves standing for extended periods, working at benches or assembly stations, and handling wiring, components, and tools in a structured, process-driven setting. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Georgetown, KY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
