Job Title: Construction Quality Control SupportJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Quality Control Support professional to contribute to the successful construction of an ARC training building, a vehicle maintenance shop, and an unheated storage building. The role demands a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards in construction projects.

Responsibilities

Ensure quality control measures are implemented and maintained across all phases of the construction project.

Collaborate with construction management to oversee project compliance with NAVFAC standards.

Apply quality assurance techniques to monitor and improve construction practices.

Support the successful completion of federal projects valued at $30 million or more.

Essential Skills

Quality control and quality assurance expertise.

Experience with NAVFAC standards and construction management.

Active Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQMC) certification.

At least 5 years of experience as a quality control manager on federal projects of similar size and scope.

10+ years of experience in federal construction.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with quality control management on federal projects is highly desirable.

Work Environment

This role offers an opportunity to work on a project expected to last over a year, with the potential for additional awards and projects in the Southeast region. The work environment emphasizes collaboration, precision, and adherence to federal construction standards.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Albany, GA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
