Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Customer Service Representative opportunities in Coatesville PA 19320 (Hybrid) . Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:

· Process orders, prepare correspondence, and fulfill customer needs to ensure satisfaction.

· Serve as a point of contact for internal and external customers.

· Handle customer inquiries, transactions, repairs, and calibration logistics.

· Coordinate with labs and logistics departments.

· Communicate with customers through phone and email, with occasional in-person interactions.

· Provide status updates, expedite services, and schedule pickups and deliveries.

· Perform data entry and maintain records in the CRM system.

· Follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions.

Candidates for Customer Service Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered:

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

· Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.

· Experience in customer service, planning, scheduling, or working with vendors or manufacturers is valued.

· Strong communication skills, reliability, and coachability.

· Ability to work under immediate supervision and follow established procedures.

· Experience in life sciences, biotech, pharma, military, or defense industries is preferred but not required.

· Pay: $ 20.14/hr.

· Shift: Hybrid - Monday - Friday; 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay Details: $20.14 per hour
