DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW
The TD Securities Marketing team develops, executes, and manages initiatives and strategies to support the firm in achieving its business goals and objectives. JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a highly motivated, organized and creative Associate Marketing Manager to join our growing team. You will be working with our Transaction Banking business, one of the fastest growing segments in finance.
In this role, you'll be responsible for making our marketing strategy a reality. You'll work across three lines of business to manage the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, developing integrated messaging and content, and aligning execution to scalable processes that can be executed across products, regions and stakeholder groups.
This role requires an individual who thrives in ambiguity, is excited by the opportunity to drive transformative change, brings structure to complex initiatives, and takes ownership of end-to-end marketing delivery in support of TD's ambition to become a Top 10 North American treasury bank of choice for our Commercial, Corporate, and Institutional clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Translate Transaction Banking marketing strategy into end-to-end execution plans across Commercial, Corporate, and Institutional client segments, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Oversee creation of marketing assets including product and sales materials and thought leadership content.
Own day-to-day campaign planning and coordination of marketing initiatives across multiple channels owned, earned and paid media, experiential, and sponsorships.
Partner closely with Transaction Banking product and sales to ensure marketing activity aligns with strategy.
Support Transaction Banking growth initiatives and transformation programs including ensuring scalability across regions, products and client segments.
Develop and manage consistent, client-centric messaging across Transaction Banking products and client segments, translating complex concepts into clear messaging.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce duplication of work and improve marketing execution efficiency.
Act as a central point of coordination between marketing, product, business, communications, creative, digital, events, sponsorships, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders
Conduct meaningful analysis using results to draw conclusions, make recommendations, assess the effectiveness of programs/policies/practices.
Apply structure to ambiguous or evolving initiatives by establishing clear plans, documentation, and execution rhythms maintaining project management tools and documentation to support transparency and accountability.
Ensure all deliverables align with enterprise brand standards, regulatory requirements, and legal and compliance guidelines.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
Undergraduate business and / or marketing degree or relevant professional certifications, designations, or equivalent experience required.
Minimum 5+ years marketing or project management experience.
Experience in supporting transaction banking, investment banking or capital markets businesses preferred.
