The Role:
Are you passionate about the intersection of artificial intelligence and hardware innovation? We're looking for an AI Excellence Program
Manager to serve as the central champion of AI initiatives across our Hardware Engineering organization.
In this role, you will be the driving force behind identifying, incubating, and scaling AI-powered solutions that accelerate how our
hardware teams design, build, and deliver world-class products. You will work cross-functionally to facilitate ideation sessions, build and
maintain a portfolio of AI initiatives, and ensure projects move from concept to measurable impact.
Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Champion AI Adoption - Act as the primary advocate for AI integration across the hardware organization, building awareness, excitement, and momentum for AI-driven improvements
Drive Ideation & Discovery - Facilitate structured brainstorming and innovation workshops with engineering teams to identify high-value AI use cases in hardware development workflows
Program Tracking & Governance - Establish and maintain a centralized tracking framework for all AI initiatives, including status reporting, milestone tracking, risk identification, and executive-level dashboards
Implementation Coordination - Partner with engineering leads, data scientists, and tool developers to drive AI projects from proof-of-concept through production deployment
Stakeholder Management - Communicate progress, blockers, and outcomes to leadership through regular business reviews, written narratives, and program updates
Best Practice Development - Document and scale successful AI implementations as repeatable playbooks for broader organizational adoption
Metrics & Impact Measurement - Define success criteria and KPIs for AI initiatives, tracking quantifiable improvements in efficiency, quality, or cycle time
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of program or project management experience
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
Experience establishing and maintaining program tracking mechanisms (dashboards, roadmaps, schedules, milestone frameworks)
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical/Hardware Engineering, related technical discipline) or Business Administration (Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence for Business, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Finance)
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their practical applications in engineering or product development workflows
Experience working within or alongside hardware engineering organizations (consumer electronics, silicon, devices, or similar)
Exposure to change management - driving adoption of new tools, processes, or technologies across large teams
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools to communicate program health and impact
Track record of writing clear, concise documents (e.g., one-pagers, strategy briefs, or similar narrative-driven formats)

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
