As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol in Mesquite, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this dynamic role, you will support daily operations with a caring, agile approach, working as part of a reliable team that values innovation, integrity, and putting people first.

Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to all visitors, drivers, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including warehouse areas, loading docks, trailer lots, parking areas, and perimeter points, helping to identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.

Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, and delivery personnel, helping to verify credentials, follow visitor processing steps, and support traffic flow at the location.

Support loss prevention and asset protection efforts by observing material movement, checking designated areas for irregularities, and reporting maintenance, access control, and/or security-related issues.

Minimum Requirements:

CPR certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

A guard card/license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
