Key Responsibilities
As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will:
Document business processes, ERP transactions, and standardized work procedures
Create and maintain clear, audit-ready SOPs and work instructions
Enter and maintain inventory and operational data within ERP systems
Support inventory accuracy and operational reporting
Serve as the site administrator for forklift telemetry software
Develop SOPs related to system usage and data integrity
Prepare reports and assist with knowledge transfer across departments
Execute ERP transactions supporting daily supply chain operations
Participate in annual physical inventory activities, including reconciliation support
Qualifications
Required:
Strong documentation and organizational skills
Experience creating SOPs or process documentation
Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or operations environments
Familiarity with SharePoint or document management systems
