Pay: Up to $25.42/hr based on experience

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

This position is ONSITE in Torrance, CA Must be able to commute to Torrance, CA

What's a typical day as an Administrative Assistant? You'll be:

Providing general administrative support to department staff based on the assigned specialty area.

Assisting with meeting planning, scheduling, and preparation of materials and documentation.

Collecting, compiling, and maintaining records and documentation in an organized and accurate manner.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a minimum of 2+ years of on-the-job administrative experience or completion of a vocational training program.

Hold a High School diploma or GED.

Possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with basic formula knowledge (no macros or VLOOKUP required).
