Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.

Experience working with digital organizations.

Experience identifying and recommending solutions to improve customer strategy, and working with executive leadership.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience identifying and recommending new processes, procedures, and methods for product adoption strategy, addressing future needs by partnering and collaborating with regional partners/stakeholders.

Experience using product and domain expertise to increase product adoption.

Ability to influence and build relationships across teams and functions to address customer needs and close agreements.

Ability to be a thought leader of Google product and competitive landscape.

As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $124,000-$180,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Provide product and domain expertise to increase product adoption. Create structured and compelling pitches that lead with insight, anchor on objectives, and package products as solutions.

Define high-level, long-term goals, priorities, and overall direction for product-related initiatives. Anticipate and adapt to rapidly evolving industry trends.

Influence multiple performing executive-level stakeholder groups, both internal and external, to ensure a cohesive OneGoogle approach. Lead and influence cross-functional collaborations to ensure team decisions align with business objectives.

Lead product activation activities by interacting with the product community, educating sellers on new products and betas, and building engaged intelligence in the market at scale.

Identify issues/blockers and translate them into projects and opportunities for teams. Address ambiguous or new client product issues to define strategies that enable longer-term opportunities.
