Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage complex schedules and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and prioritize scheduling needs

Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of leadership

Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders

Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and expense reporting

Support special projects, event planning, and administrative initiatives

Requirements

Qualifications

3+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Bachelor's degree preferred
