Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description
This role supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products. The Warehouse Worker maintains a safe, clean, and organized work area while ensuring accurate inventory handling and efficient order processing. The schedule runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Responsibilities
Receive incoming materials, tools, equipment, and products and verify accuracy against delivery documents.
Store materials and products in designated locations while maintaining an organized and efficient layout.
Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently according to pick lists or work orders.
Package products securely to prevent damage during handling and transportation.
Load and unload trucks using appropriate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, when qualified.
Move materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks and other approved equipment.
Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and general inventory control activities.
Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area by following housekeeping and safety procedures.
Inspect materials, equipment, and products for damage or defects and report issues promptly.
Follow all warehouse procedures and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
Essential Skills
Demonstrated ability to perform general labor and warehouse tasks safely and efficiently.
Experience with material handling, including lifting, moving, and organizing products.
Ability to use pallet jacks to move materials throughout the warehouse.
Experience with order picking and packaging in a warehouse environment.
Capability to assist with unloading deliveries and loading outbound shipments.
Attention to detail to ensure accurate picking, packaging, and inventory handling.
Reliability and punctuality to work a consistent Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. schedule.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Forklift experience, including sit-down forklift operation, is a strong plus.
Experience with inventory processes such as stock rotation and cycle counting is beneficial.
Comfort working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with changing priorities.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and standard operating procedures.
Strong teamwork skills and willingness to support different warehouse tasks as needed.

Work Environment
The position is based in a small warehouse environment that is not climate controlled; temperatures may vary with the seasons, though fans are available to improve airflow. You work on-site during a standard Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. shift. The role involves regular use of material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and, when qualified, sit-down forklifts. The work is physically active and requires moving throughout the warehouse, handling products, and working safely around equipment and stored materials.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
