Overview
About this Position:
Responsible for day-to-day management of Lexus Dealer Association (LDA) Experiential activity for assigned markets within the Southern region. Develops plans clearly driven by LDA goals and objectives. Maintains the highest levels of integrity in all areas of responsibility. Builds and maintains professional relationships with Lexus Area Management staff, the Lexus dealer body, Team One field account team and headquarters.
What You'll Do:
Lead and manage all aspects of Lexus experiential initiatives and partnerships in the Southern Area-including sports marketing, culinary programs, music, performing arts, and auto enthusiast events-while developing strategies that support sales objectives, vehicle launches, and retail initiatives.
Demonstrate strong communication, attention to detail, and ownership across projects, ensuring seamless coordination and follow-through with internal teams and external partners.
Own experiential programs end-to-end-from strategy and planning through on-site execution and post-event recaps-ensuring timelines, deliverables, quality standards, and brand excellence are met.
Develop and deliver compelling presentation decks that communicate experiential strategies, recommendations, recaps, and performance metrics to Lexus clients.
Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with key partners to ensure partnership objectives are met, sponsorship benefits are fulfilled, and programs continue to scale effectively.
Manage partnership budgets and oversee financial processes, including POs, invoicing, vendor setup, and budget tracking.
Serve as the primary on-site lead for key activations, overseeing execution, troubleshooting in real time, and representing the Lexus brand professionally with partners and guests/attendees.
Oversee the development, delivery, and management of creative assets across experiential partnerships.
Manage sponsorship contracts in collaboration with internal legal teams, ensuring compliance and timely execution.
Analyze program performance and insights to inform recommendations, optimize future experiential strategies, and drive continuous improvement.
Research competitive automotive and experiential marketing activity, sharing insights and key learnings with internal teams and clients.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including account management, media planning, creative, and strategy, to ensure seamless execution.
Maintain strong, professional relationships with Lexus stakeholders, including Lexus dealership general managers, dealership marketing teams, and Lexus Southern Area contacts.
What You Bring:
Marketing professional with 6-7 years of event marketing, sponsorship/partnership marketing or sports marketing related experience.
Bachelor's degree required (Business, Marketing, Sport Management, Advertising, Communications preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Photoshop Skills preferred but not required.
Travel 25% (Southeast United States).
Must be willing to work weekends and nights.

Compensation Range: $75,050.00 - $102,700.00. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
