About the Team:

Within our Warehouse and Distribution team, our mission is to ensure the efficient and effective movement and storage of products. This team serves as the backbone of our logistics operations, collaborating closely with other departments to deliver products on time and maintain inventory accuracy. This role is crucial to our operational efficiency, strategic growth, and overall success.

About the Role:

As an Assistant Operations Manager, you will...assist the Operations Manager in the implementation of daily objectives and effectively communicating expectations to associates to achieve departmental goals.

What You'll Do:

Plans and manages both labor and physical product to ensure continuous

Develops and implements methods for continuous improvement of quality, order turn-around, and productivity within established payroll and expense budgets

Ensures adherence to procedures that promote the health, safety and welfare of all associates in the facility

Trains, mentors and develop supervisors' development plans and professional growth

Monitors cost and inventory controls to keep operating expenditures within acceptable budget limits and provides for alternate plans when necessary

Ensures facility and equipment are maintained in like new fashion

Ensure supervisors and warehouse workers are properly managed by supervisors at all times

Maintains floor visibility throughout facility to monitor/ensure plans are executed properly and productivity is maintained

Fills in for Operations Manager on an as needed basis

What You'll Bring:

· Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration w/2yrs management experience in a large distribution center. Automation background in apparel distribution preferred.

· Strong computer skills, WMS, Microsoft Office Suite and excellent written/verbal communication skills

Additional Compensation: This role is bonus eligible.
