Space Dynamics Laboratory (SDL) is seeking a Mid-Level Electrical Engineer to work on electronics boards and subsystems for satellites and space-based sensors for our Strategic and Military Space Division. The ideal candidate works well within a team, is proficient at circuit board design, test, and debug, and likes to take their designs from concept through to design, test, and launch. The Strategic and Military Space Division delivers advanced satellite and sensor systems that support the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or graduate degree in electrical or computer engineering

10+ years of experience with a BS, 8+ years of experience with a MS, or 4+ years with a PhD

Demonstratable experience with electrical circuit design, analysis, and test

Highly proficient at testing and troubleshooting digital and analog systems in a laboratory environment

Strong written and verbal communication

Strong organizational skills

Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance

Must be able to travel occasionally

Experience in high reliability design for space and/or military systems

Understanding of radiation considerations in electronic design

Experience as a technical lead

Experience with high-speed communications interfaces

Experience automating testing of electronics

FPGA programming experience

Embedded systems experience

*Salary Range

$116,000 - $175,000

Salary commensurate on education and relevant experience
