Sales Engineer

Kelly Services is partnering with a growing industrial solutions company to find a driven and technically skilled Sales Engineer who is ready to make an immediate impact. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, solving technical challenges, and working closely with operations in a hands-on environment.

What You'll Do

Build and strengthen customer relationships while driving new and existing business opportunities

Serve as a key point of contact for customers by providing technical product support via phone and email

Partner with sales representatives to support business development and revenue growth initiatives

Prepare and manage production-related documentation and project details

Collaborate closely with internal production and operations teams to ensure customer needs are met

Assist with daily operational activities and help streamline processes across departments

Troubleshoot issues and provide practical, customer-focused solutions

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in a professional, customer-facing, or technical environment

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly

Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Industrial, manufacturing, or technical experience strongly preferred

Sales engineering or technical sales experience is a plus
