JOB REQUIREMENTS: Extreme Engineering Solutions (X-ES) is seeking a skilled, hands-on Maintenance Technician to support our modern 125,000 sq. ft. office and light manufacturing facility. This role offers a mix of equipment maintenance, facility support, and technical troubleshooting in a clean, quiet, and highly engineered environment. This is a primarily first-shift position with limited weekend requirements, offering strong work-life balance and the opportunity to work independently while supporting a wide range of systems and equipment. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for executing preventive maintenance and performing a wide range of repair and upkeep activities across facility infrastructure and production support equipment. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, solid troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, technical environment. Duties and Responsibilities Execute scheduled preventive maintenance across facility and production support equipment. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues. Perform component replacement, wiring repair, valve servicing, and general system maintenance. Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment. Maintain building systems, safety equipment, and general infrastructure. Track and document maintenance activities and completed work. ** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from an accredited high school (or valid General Educational Development certificate). Strong mechanical aptitude with experience using hand and power tools. Working knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment and facility-related issues. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Effective communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis. Ability to safely climb ladders, work at heights, and maintain balance while carrying tools. Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed for work-related errands).
