Then check out some of the technical requirements of the job: The Studio Manager will oversee all studio functionality including Sales, Operations, and Member Services. Member Support Specialists will report directly to the Studio Manager. The Studio Manager will report directly to the District Manager. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: 2+ years of retail, restaurant, fitness, or hotel SALES experience 2+ years of Leadership experience Confident in generating personal sales and training Member Support Specialists in sales Ability to work independently and collaborate with Leadership Team Ability to manage and drive 4 revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person AND via text/chat/email Ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment. Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment An affinity and passion for fitness Solid writing and grammar skills Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat Strong attention to detail and accuracy Trustworthy with the ability to handle confidential information Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public Proficiency with computers and studio software Willingness to GROW and LEARN! RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking Implement sales process to schedule prospects into free introductory class Drive Membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts Manage staff schedule Ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts Lead, Manage and Hold Accountable - Member Support Specialists Proficiency in Club Ready, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc. Independently make decisions related to high-level customer service Collect outstanding dues Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates studio Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature are stocked and visible Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio Any other duties as assigned COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: $55,600-$60,500 Salary: Based on Skills & Experience Medical Benefits Available PTO and Paid Holidays Opportunity to bonus, based on performance Unlimited growth potential within the company FREE Pilates classes and employee discount COMPANY CULTURE & CORE VALUES People-oriented: We provide a positive, encouraging, and energetic environment that focuses on highlighting and growing the unique abilities of our team.
