Job Description
This role provides front-line administrative and customer service support in a storefront warehouse environment. You will assist with customer orders, maintain accurate inventory and order records, handle incoming phone calls, and perform light stocking and organization. Working within internal systems and databases, you help ensure smooth daily operations and a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
Support customer orders by accurately entering and updating information in the internal database system.
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with basic inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Perform light stocking and organization of products in the warehouse and storefront as needed.
Maintain accurate order information to ensure correct processing and fulfillment.
Assist with basic inventory tasks, including tracking, packaging, and organizing products.
Provide general administrative support to the warehouse and storefront team, including data entry and order processing.
Ensure the storefront and warehouse areas remain organized, clean, and customer-ready.
Multitask effectively in a storefront environment, balancing customer service, administrative tasks, and light warehouse duties.
Essential Skills
Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or in-person setting.
Proficiency with computers and comfort navigating internal systems and databases.
Data entry and order processing skills with strong attention to accuracy.
Professional phone etiquette and clear verbal communication skills.
Basic math aptitude to support order accuracy and inventory tasks.
Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask effectively in a busy storefront environment.
Reliable attendance and ability to work a consistent schedule.
Customer-focused mindset with a helpful and positive attitude.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Retail customer service experience is preferred.
Experience with packaging and basic inventory support is beneficial.
Bilingual communication skills are preferred and considered an asset.

Work Environment
The position is based in a storefront warehouse environment that includes both indoor and outdoor areas, as well as a retail-style store setting. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
