Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The Salaried rate for this position is $65,000.00 to $75,000.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Description

The Regional Facilities Manager oversees the development and supervision of the day-to-day operations, custodail and maintenance. The incumbent will be responsible for the smooth functioning and code compliance of designated facilities, including equipment and systems, by managing and directly supervising the activities of the maintenance personnel.

Job Responsibilities

Ensures the effective maintenance and operation of buildings, grounds, equipment and hardware by utilizing efficient planning and scheduling and ensuring work is completed according to applicable regulations and standards.

Leads, supervises, and performance manages facilities staff and is accountable for the area?s operational planning as well as resource allocation and utilization.

Organize, plan, coordinate, execute, monitor and deliver minor work projects.

Assist with major capital projects when required.

Ensuring that work orders and service requests are completed in a timely, efficient manner.

Order/purchase of supplies.

Qualifications

Prior experience in service industry or contract services environment; experience in a school setting is considered an asset

Minimum of 3-5 years direct management experience

University/College diploma or a Trade Qualification as a journeyman in a relevant trade preferred
