Location/Work Environment:

Full-time onsite role during training

then hybrid role M/F remote; T-Th onsite in Towson, MD 7:45am - 4:15pm EST

MUST HAVES:

Must have 2-3 years of customer service or call center experience

Experience in a customer service role requiring data entry

Must be proficient in MS Office and PDF

Salesforce experience is a plus

Highschool Diploma

Essential Duties &

Responsibilities:

Answers in bound calls (no selling)

Provides exceptional customer service information regarding 401(k), 403(b) or other qualified plans

Educates participants about their retirement account and features

Data Entry and other administrative tasks

Facilitates problem resolution and document processing

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Towson, MD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00/hr.
