You'll work directly on new residential construction sites , learning HVAC installation from experienced installers while being part of a tight-knit crew.

What You'll Be Doing

Drive directly to residential job sites each day (no office check-ins) from your house.

Help install HVAC systems in brand-new homes.

Measure accurately using a tape measure and apply those measurements on site.

Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials.

Use hand and power tools safely and correctly.

Install flex duct, register boots, and seal ductwork with mastic.

Assist with light fabrication and material adjustments on site.

Work as part of a 4-6 person crew under experienced leadership.

Maintain tools, materials, and work areas in safe working condition.

Work outdoors and in unfinished homes, including attics.

What We're Looking For

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions .

Reliable transportation to job sites, you need to have your own car.

Ability to accurately use a tape measure (required) .

Willingness to learn HVAC and construction skills.

Mechanical aptitude and comfort with physical, hands-on work.

Ability to follow instructions and work well on a team.

Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic.

No HVAC experience required -we'll train the right person.

Schedule & Work Environment

Monday-Friday | 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Optional Saturday work available

Active residential construction sites

Company Provides:

Core tools (hammer, tape measure, ladder, etc.)

Job-specific tools and materials

All PPE: hard hat, gloves, safety glasses, vest, hearing protection

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Canonsburg, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
