District Sales Manager - CBC Steel Buildings

Nucor Buildings Group, a leader in the design and manufacture of custom-engineered metal buildingsystems, is seeking a motivated District Sales Manager for the Central California, Western Nevadaterritory. As a District Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving salesand expanding our market share by developing profitable relationships and managing sales within theassigned territory.

Basic Job Functions:

Market Growth: Lead the growth and development of Nucors market presence, focusing on bothnew account acquisition and the nurturing of existing relationships.

Builder Partnerships: Establish and enhance partnerships with builders, ensuring a strong preferencefor CBC Steel Buildings (CBC) products and fostering long-term business connections.

Account Management: Actively maintain and strengthen relationships with key accounts togenerate leads, increase sales effectiveness, and establish CBC as the preferred supplier.

Sales Strategy and Execution: Employ professional selling skills and relationship-building strategiesto expand opportunities for new and existing building projects. Develop and execute strategic salesplans, communicate effectively about projects, and assist in the creation of persuasive presentationproposals.

Profitability Management: Enhance profitability by identifying and leveraging value-addedopportunities in every project.

Safety Leadership: Champion Nucor's commitment to safety by promoting and adhering tocompany safety practices and standards.. [[cust_safetyState]]

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma

3 years sales experience working directly with customers in the construction or building materialsindustry.

Valid Drivers license and proof of insurance

Must reside in or relocate to the selling territory

Ability and willingness to travel (some overnights) the territory as needed.

Pre-engineered metal buildings experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Business, Civil Engineering, or Construction

2 years Sales or Sales Service experience working directly with Builders

Specific market knowledge and experience with this sales territory

Previous District Sales Manager experience
