Technical Account Manager - Marketing Solutions
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Account Manager to support clients in successfully implementing and maximizing the value of advanced marketing technology solutions. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, combining strong technical expertise with exceptional client relationship skills to drive successful outcomes.
You will partner closely with clients to understand their business objectives, translate requirements into effective technical solutions, and ensure seamless delivery and ongoing optimization. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, client engagement, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for client technical inquiries, issue resolution, and escalations
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication and engagement
Act as a client advocate, ensuring their needs are represented across internal teams
Solution Implementation & Technical Consulting
Translate client business goals into scalable technical solutions
Lead client onboarding, integration, and deployment while ensuring best practices and compliance standards
Identify risks early and proactively implement mitigation strategies
Provide guidance on optimizing solution performance and utilization
Technical Expertise & Support
Act as a subject matter expert on marketing technology solutions and data ecosystems
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with internal engineering and product teams
Support API integrations and leverage developer tools where applicable
Project & Program Management
Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery
Coordinate cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and operations
Track progress, provide regular status updates, and deliver performance reporting
Identify opportunities for process improvements and document best practices
Delivery Excellence & Client Success
Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and agreed-upon specifications
Drive client retention and growth through proactive recommendations and value-added insights
Continuously monitor and improve the client experience
Client Enablement & Training
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions to help clients fully leverage solutions
Simplify complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in technical account management, client success, or solutions consulting
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
Experience managing projects and coordinating cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Experience working with CRM, ticketing, or project tracking tools (e.g., Jira)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in marketing technology, data platforms, or identity ecosystems
Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and developer tools
Experience in technical support, implementation, or consulting roles

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $43.00/hr.
