About the Role

This role is a great entry point into the organization for someone who enjoys problem-solving, customer interaction, and working in a fast-paced business environment.

You'll play a key role supporting customers from order entry through post-shipment and invoicing, ensuring a smooth and positive experience every step of the way.

Location: Kohler, WI (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

Type: Contract-to-Hire

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (flexible)

What You'll Do

Serve as a primary point of contact for customer and distributor accounts (B2B)

Support order entry, order tracking, and fulfillment coordination

Troubleshoot and resolve billing and invoicing issues

Communicate with customers primarily via email and occasional phone calls

Collaborate with internal teams across sales, operations, and finance

Track and manage data using tools like SAP, Salesforce, and Excel

Support post-sale processes, including returns, shipment issues, and discrepancies

What We're Looking For

Strong customer service mindset and communication skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Experience (or interest) in business, supply chain, finance, or invoicing

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

High school diploma required

Experience with SAP or Salesforce (Preferred)

Experience in order management, billing, or operations support

Associate's degree in business, supply chain, or related field

This is a Contract position based out of Kohler, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
