Hiring: Administrative Assistant Lilja Precision Rifle Barrels is seeking a professional Administrative Assistant who excels in customer-facing communication and efficient office organization. As the first point of contact for our business, you will play a critical role in delivering a high-quality customer experience while supporting internal financial operations.

Primary Responsibilities Customer Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact by answering phones with professional etiquette and accurately taking customer orders. Accounts Receivable & Client Follow-Up: Prepare and process sales invoices, package orders for UPS pickup, track accounts receivable, and follow up on collections as needed. Assist in preparing accounts payable for processing by the bookkeeper. Administrative Support: Maintain highly organized documentation systems, safeguard secure financial records, and manage essential inventory spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.

What We're Looking For Exceptional Communication: A friendly, professional phone presence with the ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members. Strong Organization: Experience managing office workflows with a meticulous eye for detail in record-keeping and data entry. Software Proficiency: Experience with accounting software (preferably Sage). Candidates with QuickBooks experience and the ability to learn new systems are encouraged to apply. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Professionalism: A dependable individual who can handle billing inquiries and collections with both firmness and courtesy, and who works well within a team environment.

Position Details Location: Plains, MT (In-person) Schedule: Monday--Friday, 8:00 AM -- 5:00 PM Compensation: Highly competitive, including benefits (medical insurance, IRA matching, holiday and vacation pay)
