Our client, a prominent organization in the public sector, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant II to join their team. As an integral part of the State Government Affairs and Policy team, you will support management-level field directors by providing comprehensive administrative assistance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: North Wales, PA

Pay Range: $30.20

Shift: Hours Per Shift: 8

What's the Job?

Manage calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel, and personal time, proactively identifying and communicating conflicts.

Handle Outlook inbox management, maintain team distribution lists, and coordinate email and meeting invitations.

Oversee expense management by inputting receipts, creating, modifying, and submitting expense reports efficiently.

Coordinate domestic travel arrangements, including research, booking, and collaborating with travel teams.

Plan logistics for meetings of varying sizes, ensuring smooth execution and effective communication.

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum of 3 years of administrative support experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with experience operating internal systems.

Experience with SAP-CONCUR-ARIBA for processing expense reports, purchase orders, and payment requests.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with executives and clients.
