US Field Marketing Manager

You will develop and execute regional marketing strategies that drive pipeline and revenue growth. By partnering with sales teams and analyzing market dynamics, you will design targeted programs across events, campaigns, and digital channels. Your work will directly influence customer acquisition and business outcomes in your territory.

About the Team

We help people stay connected through products like Zoom Phone, Contact Center, and Events. Our team collaborates across marketing, sales, and operations to design customer-focused solutions. We exist to drive growth and deliver measurable impact for our regions.

Responsibilities

Building regional marketing strategies that align with sales priorities and drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth

Designing and executing demand generation programs across events, sponsorships, virtual experiences, and integrated campaigns

Partnering with sales leadership, account teams, and channel partners to create marketing plans that support territory objectives

Analyzing campaign performance using data and insights to optimize tactics and maximize return on investment

Managing quarterly regional marketing budgets and communicating results, trends, and recommendations to leadership

What we're looking for

Demonstrate 5+ years of field marketing experience in software or technology environments

Execute demand generation programs that drive pipeline and revenue in enterprise markets

Manage projects, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships effectively

Analyze & report on campaign data to make informed decisions and optimize marketing performance

Build collaborative relationships with sales teams, partners, and customers

Apply knowledge of intent analytics and marketing gifting platforms to support account-based

marketing initiatives

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$76,800.00

Maximum:

$186,200.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
