QUALIFICATIONS:

Valid New York State certification in Business

Ability to motivate students and instruct students in developing strong problem-solving skills

Be active in professional organizations and continued professional development.

Demonstrated knowledge of NYS and National Learning Standards in Business.

Evidence of effective communication skills, both written and oral.

Demonstrated ability to infuse technology into the instructional program.

REPORTS TO: Building Principal

SALARY: $44,840 - $53,700 Per WTA Contract

Internal: District employees (Probationary and tenured teachers requesting a transfer within their current tenure area, Teaching Assistants who are currently fully certified in the appropriate tenure area) may apply by submitting a letter of interest to Human Resources with a copy to the building principal. E-mailed letters of interest are not acceptable. The original signed letters of interest must be submitted by the end of the day on May 14, 2026
