TA Specialist | Aerospace & Defense (Corporate, Full-Cycle)

What you'll own

Full-cycle corporate recruiting (intake ? source ? screen ? interview ? offer/close)

High-volume / mixed skill sets: Engineering, Assembly, Quality, Supply Chain, Program Mgmt

Process discipline: clean pipelines, fast follow-up, tight coordination, clear comms

Stakeholder management: you can challenge, align, and drive decisions

What we need

3+ years structured full-cycle TA (corporate environment) or recruiting firm experience in manufacturing, assembly, or engineering sectors.

Strong ATS + requisition management

High urgency, high organization, handles competing priorities

Nice to have

Aerospace / manufacturing recruiting exposure

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Moorpark, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $52.00/hr.
