Job Title: Warehouse Picker / Stand-Up Forklift Operator
Job Description
This role supports a high-volume global distribution center by accurately picking orders and operating stand-up forklifts to move pallets and products throughout the warehouse. You will use pick tickets, basic math, and material handling equipment to ensure the correct items and quantities are selected and staged for shipment in a fast-paced, warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
Operate a stand-up forklift, including Raymond equipment, to move, load, and unload pallets and product safely and efficiently.
Fulfill customer orders by pulling items from storage locations based on pick tickets and work instructions.
Verify item numbers, quantities, and locations using simple math to ensure accurate order picking and inventory control.
Pull both full pallets and partial pallets, depending on order requirements, and stage them in designated areas for shipping or further processing.
Use warehouse tools and technology, such as RF or Honeywell scan guns, to scan, track, and confirm picked items when required.
Assist with general warehouse tasks including unloading, loading, packaging, and organizing product as needed.
Follow all safety procedures and equipment guidelines while operating industrial equipment and working in the warehouse.
Maintain good attendance, punctuality, and consistent job performance to support steady workflow and team operations.
Contribute to a clean and orderly work area by keeping aisles clear, organizing pallets, and handling materials responsibly.
Essential Skills
Hands-on experience operating industrial equipment, particularly stand-up forklifts.
Previous warehouse experience in a distribution or fulfillment environment.
Demonstrated good job tenure with a history of reliability and consistent work performance.
Ability to read and follow pick tickets and work instructions accurately.
Capability to perform simple math to confirm counts, quantities, and order accuracy.
Comfort working with order picking processes, including pulling, staging, and preparing orders.
Ability to safely load and unload pallets and materials using forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience operating Raymond or Crown stand-up forklifts.
Familiarity with RF scanners or Honeywell scan guns for order picking and inventory tracking.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.

Work Environment
The role is based in a non-climate-controlled warehouse and global distribution center, where you will work around industrial equipment, pallets, and high racks. You will regularly operate stand-up forklifts, including Raymond units, and may use RF or Honeywell scan guns and other warehouse technology to complete tasks. Available schedules include a 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. shift on Thursdays, or a Thursday through Saturday schedule from 5:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. plus an additional 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. shift on Tuesdays. Additional four-hour shifts may be available based on operational needs. The environment is active and fast paced, requiring comfort working on your feet, handling materials, and adapting to changing order volumes

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
