Our client, Ulta Beauty is seeking dedicated Forklift Operators to join their dynamic team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be an essential part of the operations team supporting efficient material handling and inventory management.

Job Title: Forklift Operators

Location: Greenwood, IN

Pay Range: $17.50 - $21

Shift:

Mon - Thur, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Mon - Thur, 4:30 PM - 2:30 AM

Fri - Sun, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Fri - Sun, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

What's the Job?

Operate order picker and cherry picker equipment to retrieve products from high storage areas, up to 40 feet high.

Pick and pack products accurately for shipment, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Receive incoming products, verify quantities, and organize items in the warehouse.

Move and organize pallets, including unlevel stacks, using appropriate manual handling techniques.

Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

What's Needed?

Minimum of 6 months experience operating order picker or cherry picker equipment.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and safely handle materials.

Comfort working at heights up to 40 feet and willingness to perform manual tasks.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.

Reliable and punctual with a positive work ethic.
