Our growing business is currently seeking a seasoned Finance professional with records of exceptional performance in production and customer satisfaction. The Finance & Insurance Manager is responsible for producing additional revenue for the dealership by selling finance and insurance programs to new and used RV and boat customers. Job Responsibilities

Work with banks to contract new business

Sell and close deals to customers

Generate finance income on all sold customers

Check/verify paperwork involved with cash, finance or loan transactions

Contract or collect all money at closing

Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals

Assist in acquiring approval from lenders

Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders

Solicit extended warranty sales (aftermarket)

Work closely with the sales department

Handle all cancellations for extended warranties and credit life

Compensation

$150,000+ annually depending on the ability to sell

Education and Experience

A high school diploma or equivalency degree is required.

Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field preferred or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

Relocation

About Our Dealership

Bretz RV & Marine opened for business in Missoula, Montana, in 1967. Until then, Frank and Vi Bretz had been operating a service station and renting U-Hauls in central Missoula. Searching for a new camping trailer turned into a new business opportunity. Not only did the Bretz family get a new camper, they decided to get into the business of selling and renting small travel trailers.

Today Bretz RV & Marine is still a family-owned and operated business with five dealerships across Montana and Idaho. We are fortunate to have grown from just over 100 employees to nearly 400 employees in the last five years. We do all we can to offer our teams an excellent place to work and advance in our company. We start by finding great people with high energy and then find the best place for them to be successful in our dealerships.
