This position requires an onsite presence at the Banfield Pet Hospital headquarters in Vancouver, Washington, with a hybrid work schedule (3 days/week).
Summary and Qualifications:
Supports key operational processes through business analysis and reporting. This role delivers analytical insights and decision-support tools to leadership while partnering cross-functionally on operational and financial initiatives.
The position works closely with Operations, Finance, and IT to support Banfield's business objectives.
Essential Responsibilities and Tasks:
Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
Analyze business performance and provide insights that support growth and value creation.
Support the maintenance and improvement of Banfield's analysis tools and reporting infrastructure.
Collaborate with data teams across the Mars Veterinary Health ecosystem to support process and system improvements.
Use reporting, planning, and business intelligence tools-including Power BI-to deliver updates and insights to stakeholders.
Document business processes and workflows to support operational consistency.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and operational information.
Work closely with Hospital Operations and Finance teams to support management of hospital operations
Contribute to financial results, strategic initiatives, and timely execution of business solutions.

Ability to work at a computer for long periods of time.
Must have mental processes for reasoning, remembering, mathematics, and language ability (reading, writing, and speaking the English language) to perform the duties proficiently.
Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form and to solve problems involving several variables.
Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb as well as manipulate (lift, carry, move) up to 25 pounds.
Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm-hand-finger dexterity with the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard and operate necessary equipment.
The noise level in the work environment is normally moderate.

Experience, Education and/or Training:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Intelligence is required.
Three years of experience in Finance, Accounting and/or Business Intelligence are required.
Understanding of Finance and Accounting Principles is required.
Experience with PowerBI is preferred.
Experience with SQL is preferred.
Salary Range:
The pay range for this role is $59,682 - $89,523. ?
The pay range listed reflects a general hiring range for the area, with the specific rate determined based on the candidate's experience, skill level, abilities, and education, and may vary depending on location and schedule.
