What You Will Be Doing

As the Multi Functional Manufacturing Supervisor - Level 3 you will be responsible for leading a team that produces high-quality assemblies, subassemblies, and completed units, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supervising the daily activities of employees in the assembly process to meet quality, cost, and schedule goals.

Managing team recruitment, selection, training, and performance assessments.

Overseeing work assignments and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Leading recognition and disciplinary actions to foster a productive and engaged workforce.

Ensuring compliance with company processes, safety standards, and operational objectives.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience in Aircraft Maintenance &/or Aerospace Manufacturing &/or experience in similar industry (automotive, Space, transportation)

Experience in Production Operation &/or Manufacturing

Leadership Experience

Background of 5yrs experience needed for this position.

Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Minimum of 5yrs experience working within manufacturing environment.

Thorough knowledge of the manufacturing process.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Superior verbal/written skills and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills a must.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint). Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
