About the role
The Senior Project Manager provides consulting services toour healthcare client account to help achieve the company's strategic businessobjectives. The Sr. Project Manager will lead interior/exterior constructionprojects for two corporate office campuses in Eden Prairie, MN and may manageground up and fit-out projects for office and medical clinics in the Midwest.
This job is part of the Project Management functionresponsible for the management of corporate office projects from initiationthrough completion. Role offers a hybrid schedule 3-4 days/week in EdenPrairie.
What you'll do
Manage all areas of project management for multiple realestate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, andcloseout.
Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of theproject. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resourcerequirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & landmarks,quality control, and risk identification.
Project reporting to Project Management Director and otherbusiness leaders
Management and coaching other Project Managers to developin-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function.
Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualifiedlists or through the project qualification process. Conduct complex requestsfor proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
Ensure all functions remain on schedule and issues getresolved or advanced.
Facilitate regular meetings to review project status foractive and pending projects.
Collaborate to develop solutions and guide the project teamthrough implementation and completion.
Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, bettermethods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives.
Showcase expertise in own job field and in-depth knowledgeof other job subject areas within the organization function.
Impact the achievement of customer, operational, project,or service objectives across multi-discipline teams. Work is guided byfunctional policies which impact the design of procedures and policies.
Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and/oroperational plans in support of achieving functional goals.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistentwith CBRE RISE (Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence) values. Anticipatespotential objections and persuades others, often at senior levels and ofdivergent interest, to adopt a different point of view.
What you'll need
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in theUnited States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred
Owner's Representative experience for Class A professional services client and experience is desired.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Kahua or similar project management software experience required. Smartsheet experience is beneficial.
Solid track record of working with senior leadership in a strategic capacity and the ability to lead delivery resources projects is required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment while leading multiple projects and/or programs in varying stages.
Interpersonal skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality.

Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $130,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $150,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend's applicable benefit program.
