Looking to jump from the classroom to the cutting edge of pharmaceutical manufacturing? We're looking for motivated new engineering grads to join our team as Production Technicians. This is your chance to gain hands-on, real-world industry experience with a leader in bulk API production. You'll learn advanced manufacturing processes, work alongside seasoned professionals, and play a critical role in delivering life-changing products.

What you will do:

Advance your technical expertise: Operate, adjust, and troubleshoot highly specialized production equipment under the guidance of industry experts.

Be a compliance champion: gain valuable knowledge of FDA and cGMP guidelines- essential for a successful career in pharma.

Problem Solving: Tackle day-to-day technical challenges and learn to adapt on the fly; support root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.

Maintain Excellence: Keep workspaces audit-ready at all times, support strong 5S practices, and help ensure all processes meet top quality standards.

Qualifications:

BS Degree in Engineering or Science

Flexibility to work day and night shifts

Eagerness to learn, strong communication skills, and a professional work ethic
