Our client, a global automotive manufacturing leader , is seeking a Global Supply Chain Group Leader to join their team. As a Global Supply Chain Group Leader, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations Department supporting production and supply chain teams . The ideal candidate will have strong leadership , problem-solving skills , and effective communication , which will align successfully in the organization.

Lockport, NY

Pay Range:

$54.41 - $55.84/h

What's the Job?

Lead and develop hourly production team members

Ensure production schedules, quality, and cost targets are met

Implement lean manufacturing and Global Manufacturing Systems (GMS) processes

Promote and enforce safety, ergonomics, and workplace standards

Support launch activities and continuous improvement initiatives

What's Needed?

Experience in manufacturing or production leadership

Knowledge of lean manufacturing / continuous improvement

Experience working in a union environment (UAW preferred)

Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills

Flexibility to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts
