We are currently seeking a Facilities Administrative Assistant to join our team in Mahwah, New Jersey (US-NJ), United States (US).

Responsibilities:

Prepare reports, data entry, analyze information

Engage in procurement and finance

Communicate with internal and external stakeholders

Support multiple projects with a high level of professionalism.

Basic Requirements:

3 years of facilities coordination experience

Additional Skills:

Self-starter with exceptional communication skills

Detail-oriented and professional

Clean, neat and professional appearance

Strong verbal and written communications skills

Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Workorder/ticketing systems, maintenance schedules, distributes and updates information from the field into the maintenance management system

Ability to work independently and reliably

Flexible and adaptable in various situations and when interacting with many different personalities

Ability to organize and prioritize tasks including delegation of tasks when appropriate

Knowledge of, or ability to quickly acquire, familiarity with the roles and function of the assigned department.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $25- $27 per hour. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
