They are responsible for a combination of the following roles: - Data Analysis ? Produce charts, graphs, and other visuals to help analyze data ? Review information security data, to include cyber data pertaining to IT operations, identify relevant issues and trends, and draw conclusions in support of Division/ Section's area of responsibility ? Identify data that can be used to analyze policy - Examination ? Working at the intersection of technology, intelligence, and risk management, you'll conduct analyses that directly inform Board leadership on critical national security risks-including cybersecurity, insider threats, and payment system vulnerabilities-while establishing foundational analytical processes and key relationships across the Federal Reserve System. This position involves working in a new section that is still defining its processes and objectives, requiring comfort with ambiguity and the ability to balance technical analysis with intelligence coordination. Short-term responsibilities include establishing threat assessment processes, building Federal Reserve Bank partnerships, and contributing to intelligence coordination initiatives; long-term opportunities include developing subject matter expertise in cyber threats to payment systems, leading cross-divisional projects, and serving as a trusted advisor to leadership.
