Our client, a regulated Medical Device Manufacturing organization , is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician , you will be part of the Manufacturing / Operations Department , supporting Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality teams . The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills , effective communication , and a continuous improvement mindset , which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

(Max of 5)

Perform setup, assembly, packaging, line clearance, and basic equipment maintenance following approved documentation and QSR requirements.

Support Engineering and Maintenance with troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and minor equipment repairs.

Complete accurate production and maintenance documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Participate in root cause investigations and support corrective and preventive actions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives (5S, A3, OEE, standard work).

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments (medical device preferred).

Basic understanding of FDA, ISO, and OSHA regulations.

Team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow into engineering-level responsibilities.
