SUMMARY:
The Project Manager, Supply Chain is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional programs across Foot Lockers North America Supply Chain organization. This role owns the end-to-end delivery of multiple strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business strategy, operational priorities, and performance goals. Operating at a program level, the Project Manager looks beyond individual projects to manage interdependencies, risks, and enterprise-level outcomes.
MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive project or program management experience, including large-scale supply chain initiatives.
Demonstrated success managing complex programs in a matrixed organization.
Strong executive-level communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
Retail or omnichannel supply chain experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and project management tools.
Travel up to 25%
Preferred: PMP or PgMP certification.
Preferred: Lean Six Sigma certification.
Preferred: Experience with Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
Own and manage a multi-year (3-year) program roadmap in partnership with Supply Chain Operations, Transportation, Technology, and external partners.
Ensure programs align to enterprise strategy, business objectives, and defined KPIs.
Manage interdependencies across projects and programs, including sequencing, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
Provide day-to-day program oversight including scope, timeline, budget, and risk management.
Establish and maintain program governance, documentation, and standardized execution practices.
Facilitate cross-program coordination, issue resolution, and executive-level escalation as needed.
Effective management of cost and time controls to deliver multiple projects on time.
Engage and influence senior leaders across Supply Chain, Technology, Finance, and external partners.
Manage internal, external, and third-party vendor relationships tied to program delivery.
Deliver clear, concise executive-level communication on program health, risks, and outcomes.
Mentor project resources with dotted-line reporting relationships.
Champion PMO standards, prioritization frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Supply Chain PMO.
Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, delivery effectiveness, and project execution maturity.
Partner with PMO leadership to evolve standards, tools, and best practices.
Drive organizational change management to support adoption of new capabilities and processes.
