Description We are looking for a dependable and personable Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This is a Contract position suited for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and handling a variety of administrative tasks with a positive attitude. The ideal candidate is comfortable using basic office software, welcomes interaction with staff and visitors, and can shift easily between clerical duties and front-desk support.

Responsibilities:

Welcome visitors and provide courteous front-office support while creating a friendly and detail-focused environment.

Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and assist with routine office communication needs.

Enter information accurately into preformatted Excel spreadsheets and maintain organized electronic records.

Scan, file, and prepare documents to ensure paperwork is easy to retrieve and properly maintained.

Perform general typing and clerical tasks to support day-to-day administrative activities.

Assist team members with a wide range of office needs and take on additional tasks as priorities change.

Help keep administrative processes running smoothly by completing assignments promptly and carefully. Requirements - Previous experience in administrative support, receptionist work, or a similar office-based role.

Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and accurate data entry skills.

Ability to work with existing Excel templates and input information with attention to detail.

Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, cheerful, and service-oriented approach.

Comfortable answering inbound calls and interacting professionally with visitors and staff.

Ability to scan, file, @type, and manage routine clerical responsibilities efficiently.
