Summary You will serve as a GENERAL BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY SPECIALIST in the EXECUTION ANALYSIS & SUPT DIV, COST & SCHEDULE ANALYSIS DEPT of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV. Responsibilities You will direct and lead the day-to-day operations of the cost analysis team, balancing resource requirements, and prioritizing tasks to execute scheduled project deliverables. You will serve as the primary liaison for stakeholders, collaborating with them to clearly define the purpose, scope, schedule, and technical requirements of all requested cost and schedule analyses. You will review all analytical products generated by your team and coordinate the internal approval process to ensure strict adherence to established quality standards and cost analysis principles. You will present and defend comprehensive cost estimates, schedule analyses, and risk assessments to project managers and senior leadership to drive informed decision-making. You will provide technical mentorship, training, and continuous direction to team members to build their proficiency in advanced cost estimating and financial management concepts. You will develop detailed action plans and coordinate directly with cross-functional technical experts to ensure that programmatic variables are seamlessly integrated into final schedule and cost products. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the pay band DA-05 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Applying knowledge of the concepts, principles, and methods of earned value and contractor schedule analysis for air weapons systems/subsystems; 2) Providing overall technical direction and leadership to earned value and contractor schedule analysis teams; and 3) Communicating earned value and contractor schedule analysis end product briefs at various leadership levels.
