Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service at a financial institution location by following site-specific policies, access procedures, and/or emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to the appropriate contacts.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, lobby areas, offices, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.

Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and employee access as directed by site procedures, and support a professional presence at the location.

Assist with incident reporting, daily activity logs, and communication with site personnel regarding security-related matters and/or operational concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

A guard card and/or license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
