Job Description:
At Regions, the Corporate Banking Communications and Training Coordinator is a hands-on contributor responsible for executing and supporting communications and associate readiness initiatives for Corporate Banking and Change Management partners. The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and delivering high-quality communication and training materials across multiple channels, while owning key internal resources that support associate preparedness and success, along with business effectiveness. Through close collaboration with stakeholders, the position ensures accuracy, clarity, and consistency of content, supports internal events and communications efforts, and drives continuous improvement. The role may also provide day-to-day guidance and mentoring to junior coordinators to support consistent execution and high-quality outcomes.
Primary Responsibilities
Partners with Change Management leadership to create and execute business communications and associate readiness communications strategies
Acts as the primary owner of associate readiness repositories, partnering with stakeholders to maintain current content, optimize usability, and support associate preparedness
Gathers information from subject matter experts and develops presentation materials, including content creation, copywriting, and visually compelling designs
Acts as a communications subject matter expert, partnering with stakeholders to guide best practices and elevate message clarity, consistency, and impact
Provides support for Change Manager partner events such as learning series and training sessions, including scheduling, materials preparation, and day-of execution
Leads the end-to-end development and execution of multiple newsletters, including content planning and gathering, copy writing, design, and distribution
Collaborates cross-functionally with business unit subject matter experts to audit, maintain, and update SharePoint pages, ensuring content accuracy and alignment with business needs
Partners with business unit stakeholders to design, build, and launch new SharePoint pages that meet business and communication needs to deliver clear, accurate, and user-friendly communications
Builds and maintains compliant, brand-aligned templates for pitch books, proposals, and client presentations, partnering with stakeholders to meet evolving business needs
Monitors the Corporate Banking suggestion portal and develops proposals for potential enhancements to present to management
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.??
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
Three (3) years of related experience in communications or marketing
Skills and Competencies
Ability to research information, analyze data and derive facts from data
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Visio
Advanced proficiency in recording and producing videos
Advanced proficiency in SharePoint

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
