IMMEDIATE ADMINISTRATIVE OPERATIONS OPENING

Monday - Friday 830am-5pm

Brentwood, NY

$21/HR

Qualifications:

2 years of office administration experience or bachelors degree

Microsoft Excel proficient

Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

Update customers on any damages or discrepancies on inbounds received into our facility.

Check inbound receipt provided by our warehouse against packing list and data entry into our warehouse management system.

Respond promptly to customer's inquiries via email or phone.

Assist with managing and updating inbound appointment log and coordinate with trucking companies as needed.

Communicate with warehouse manager and receiving head on inbounds beyond our promised window.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brentwood, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
