As an Administrative Assistant, you'll be at the center of daily activity-supporting leadership, managing front office operations, and taking ownership of key tasks like accounts payable and purchasing coordination. with an expected range of $53,000 - $59,000 (USD) per year. We're

What You'll Do

Front Office Support: Welcome visitors, manage calls and mail, and support day-to-day administrative needs across the site.

Office Coordination: Handle supplies, printing/laminating, and maintain PPE for visitors and new hires.

Team Support: Assist site leadership with projects tied to employee engagement, retention, and safety initiatives.

Accounts Payable: Process invoices, maintain organized records, and support reconciliation of purchasing activities.

Purchasing & Tracking: Manage purchasing card reporting and help track shipments and log purchase reconciliations.

Accuracy: Detail-oriented with high proficiency in data entry and document management.

Professionalism: Independent judgment, confidentiality, and effective communication with teams and stakeholders.

Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Experience: High school diploma and 1-3 years of administrative or general accounting experience.
